The third leg of the 2025 Karate 1 Premier League took place in Cairo from April 18 to 20, bringing together the world’s top karatekas in a thrilling competition. Athletes showcased exceptional skill and determination across various kata and kumite categories.

- Gold: Mo Sheung Grace Lau (Hong Kong) triumphed in the final against Japan’s Maho Ono.
- Bronze: Paola García Lozano (Spain) secured bronze after defeating Japan’s Natsuki Shimizu. She shared the third-place podium with Portugal’s Rita Marques.

- Gold: Moldir Zhangbyrbay (Kazakhstan) clinched the top spot.
- Silver: Ema Sgardelli (Croatia) earned silver.

🇪🇬 Egypt’s Outstanding Performance

Additionally, Reem Ahmed Salama, Rahma Tolba, and Noursin Aly each secured bronze medals, highlighting Egypt’s strength in international karate.

Following the Cairo competition, the next stop in the 2025 Karate 1 Premier League is scheduled for Rabat, Morocco, from May 29 to 1st June. Top karatekas will continue to compete for points and prepare for the World Championships. Grand Winners will be crown during Gala dinner after the competition.
