By letter from WKF’s office, World Federation would like to remind all our members the about the WKF position relating to style competitions.
Any style events shall not be designated as “National”, “World”, “Continental (e.g. European, Asian, etc.)” Championships, as they create confusion with other official events
on different levels (International, Continental, National). This des however not apply to single style tournaments, provided that they are not named as afore-mentioned (including
the words “World” “Continental”, etc.).
In line with this, kindly note as well that WKF Referees are not allowed to take part in such events, as has already been communicated in previous communications.
