A few days ago Stanislav Horuna (Ukraine) auctioned off his bronze medals from the last Olympic Games in Tokyo. The starting price was $10,000 minimum. He had offered his medal to help his country at war.
In a television interview with a Japanese channel, he explained the idea that his concern was to help his country finance humanitarian and military needs. That his medal was just an object and that he would forever remain a medalist from the Tokyo Olympics.
Stanislav Horuna’s Olympic bronze medal is sold for $ 20,500.
The buyer is a representative of Japan!
